Ten years ago, Newvelle Records started thanks to the generous backing of people who not only believed that jazz artists should be presented beautifully on vinyl, but that they deserved a fair shake too. Nearly 50 albums later, every Newvelle artist was paid a fair wage before a single album was sold, and they own their masters in perpetuity. 

With Newvelle Ten, we're heading back to the studio where it all began to make four new albums that pay tribute to jazz's past, present, and future. The collection will feature Newvelle favorites and brand new artists from across the jazz firmament like Loren Stillman, Martin Wind, and Elan Mehler, with Kenny Barron, Ben Monder, Scott Robinson, Craig Taborn, Thomas Morgan, and many more.

And as with our very first collection, we're inviting a new generation of jazz patrons to help us get this beautiful music recorded, pressed on 180-gram vinyl, and delivered to the living rooms of jazz lovers around the world. 

Newvelle Ten patrons will receive each of these four records before they're available to the public in the fall of 2025 as well as the following benefits:

Insider access to production. You'll receive your very own copy of a test pressing, which we use to verify the quality of each recording before it's sent to our pressing plant, and get pre-release access to album art and a selection of tracks from all four albums. 

Exclusive events. You and a guest will be invited to join an exclusive listening party for patrons and producers. For those in or willing to travel to New York, we'll also host an intimate dinner for patrons during our recording week in early February 2025.

Limited edition gifts. Finally, you'll receive a signed artist photo and limited Newvelle gift. And as a token of our deepest appreciation, patrons will be recognized by name inside the album gatefolds alongside producers and executive producers.
